Korean Barbecue Short Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sliced boneless short ribs
  • 3 tbsp RubRub Original 
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Neutral cooking oil (canola, avocado, etc.)

 

Serves 2

Directions

  1. In a bowl, toss the short ribs with RubRub and sesame oil until every piece is coated.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a slick of your favorite cooking oil.
  3. Sear the meat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally to get those caramelized edges without burning.
  4. Serve hot with rice, lettuce wraps, or just straight off the plate with chopsticks.
