Korean Barbecue Thinly Sliced Brisket

Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced brisket
  • 3 tbsp RubRub Original
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Neutral cooking oil (canola, avocado, etc.)

Serves 2

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, toss the brisket with RubRub and sesame oil. Make sure every piece gets coated. Let it sit for a few minutes while you heat the pan.
  2. Heat a skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Drizzle in your favorite neutral cooking oil. Once it’s shimmering, add the brisket.
  3. Sear for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. You want those edges caramelized and a little crispy, but don’t overdo it—this cut cooks quickly.
  4. Pile it on steamed rice or wrap it up in crisp lettuce leaves.
