The perfect rub for the perfect cut.

Korean BBQ Steak (NY Strip or Ribeye)

Ingredients

  • 1 thick-cut NY Strip or Ribeye
  • 4 tbsp RubRub Original 
  • Neutral cooking oil (canola, avocado, etc.)

Serves 2

Directions

  1. Heat a pan over high-heat. Add oil. 
  2. Sear the steak for 6 minutes total, flipping halfway – get that crust going. Note: this covers about 80% of the cooking time.
  3. Lower heat to medium. Add RubRub to the steak while it’s in the pan.
  4. Baste the steak in those sizzling juices, letting RubRub caramelize into a sticky, smoky glaze (just 1-2 minutes). 
  5. Rest, slice, serve.

🥔Pairs perfectly with: Crispy oven potatoes and grilled asparagus. Bonus: drizzle extra RubRub pan juices on top.
